Is it possible to dynamically refer and set the value for web-controls without interrogation using its attribute in automation.os
Say I have the html names(Id/Index/or any other attribute) of the control , control type(like textbox/label/dropdown list etc.) and its corresponding text value in an excel, using these html names/any other attribute i should refer those controls in the web page and pass/set their corresponding value.
Here the Webpage URL is dynamic, So, I cannot keep the interrogated controls as static, It has to be generic, in run time I should refer the controls(using its attribute) to set value.

This is a good question. It is not possible to dynamically set match rules during runtime/automation. If the URL is changing, it may be good to use a different Match Rule or you can change the Match Rule to use Regex or Contains. I've attached a picture to show you how you would get to these options. From here you can use Regex (C# regex syntax) to set a match rule that might match to multiple things.
