Tabs not closing even after Logoff

Hi ,

Even after logging off the application , the tabs which was opened does not get closed , when i try to login again , along with home tab other tabs which was previously opened is displayed , this is happening in OOTB pegaRules applications , Attached is the screen for reference .

Appreciate if you can help me out on this

Pega version : 7.17

App server : web Logic

Thanks , its fine in case of custom portal , but i faced this in designer studio .

anyways this is resolved now with few prconfig changes related to High Availability .

Hi Adithya, 

I have seen this happens. 

For example, I launch CS Interaction Portal in Designer Studio and then open a demo pop - CONNOR. A new tab with Ms. Connor's info is displayed. If I log out this portal and re-log in, the demo pop tab is still there. see attached. 

The tabs that are displayed in the Interaction portal are driven by several requestor level data pages.
So, even if the requestor logs out of the Interaction portal, that data page still remains active, since their requestor is still present on the designer studio.
This means that when users launch the Interaction Portal again, those tabs are recreated based on the data page.
This is an expected behavior.
