Unable to customize Data-Corr- OnSend Activity in Custom ruleset
Getting an error "This instance conflicts with Final record RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY DATA-CORR- ONSEND #20110712T004925.112 GMT (Pega-ProCom:06-02-01)" EVen though the rule is customized in Pega-ProcessENgine with Available status, it is still giving this error.
As per the below article this issue should be resolved in Pega 7.1.6 ML7 onwards.

I see the same error in my 7.1.9 system but not in 7.2.2. Are you able to update to a later release?

NO, as we have already upgraded our Prod Env to 7.1.9 recently & it will be this way for quite some time until the next upgrade. I need a solution to customize this activity since it is saving temp WOs into the DB in Obj-Save step 18 (whenever there is a problem flow scenario)
