Customization RuleSet

When the operator's profile is opened, the Application RuleSet stack contains a RuleSet as the RuleSetName(Customization RuleSet).

What is the specific use of RuleSetName(Customization RuleSet)?

Hi,

I believe, when we open applicaiton rule, we could see the application rulesets. What ever, is listed as top ruleset in that list, will be customizable ruleset in the profile.
i.e by default, if we create any rule, it gets saved into that ruleset.
