Capturing a note in case note

I have a requirement in which user enters comments in the text area and I need to capture it in a case notes. I am also using pxchange to change my stage.

There's an AddHistory activity available, which uses the History-Add activity method step.  I suggest you trace the submit of a normal flow action, to see how the ootb code uses these for adding the standard notes to the audit, and then put in your own calls to them as needed for adding additional notes.  /Eric
