Case Information is not reflecting until a new case is created

Hi All,

We have defined a case named "AddToDistributionList" and can see the class details using the App explorer.

However, when we try to browse/view the "AddToDistributionList" case using the case explorer it doesn't appear [As shown in the belwo screenshot]

When I try to add a new case and revisit the Case Explorer, then the "AdToDistributionList" case appears in the list.

Please see the screenshot below "AddToDistibutionList" appears in the case explorer only after a new case is created.

Please let us know how we can view the case using the case explorer, without creating a new case.

Hi Sudheer,

Could you please resend the screenshots as they are not visible and also let us know the PRPC version used at your end.

After adding a new case  try refreshing the cases explorer. It should be reflected then.

Hi,

Due to client restrictions I am not able to post the screenshots. However, when I add a new case I can see the actual case which I wanted to see. I am using version 7.2.2. Does anyone if this is a known bug?

Case explorer is driven by the Cases and Data tab in application. Can you check if the case you are looking for has an entry in application cases and data tab.

ScreenShot 1: CaseType "AddtoDistributionList" is not appearing [Tried clicking the refresh option as well]

Screenshot4: CaseType "AddtoDistributionList"  appears. However, the moment I logoff, I need to create a new case type to see the same.
