Hi Team,

I am looking at analyzing the content of the inbound email and if it contains specific information i wanted to take some action. I have classified the inbound email as request/complaint/etc. By using the entity extraction model from NLP i wanted to get the information of the product,locations and organization.

The challenge i am facing here is how can i generate the custom entity models in Pega 7.2.0. znd wanted to understand the existing bins are generated.

Any help would be appreciated.
