How to bypass "Please correct flagged fields before submitting the form" Popup/validation?

In our implementation, we have two search based on the conditions. For one Search the "Please correct flagged fields before submitting the form" Popup/validation is valid, but for the other search it was not valid.How to bypass/remove "Please correct flagged fields before submitting the form" Popup/validation at runtime?

Disabled  Enable client-side validation checkbox in the flow action based on circumstance rule and was working fine.
