Hi,

Is there any way through which we can launch/start command prompt from PRPC ? Any insights would be really appreciated.

all service endpoints (under SystemManagement service ppackage) are REST based, you can simply call connect-rest directly to those endpoints from within the pega portal. In fact, that is what prpcserviceutils does.
