Closing the current landing page with a button

Hi,

I am landing a page with an icon in data-portal. I need to close the tab with a button in the same tab whenever needed. I tried the below fixes but that does not seem work here.

1. Close action on button

2. Run DoCose activity and refresh harness

3. Run script to close the tab.

Tab is not containing any WO. Do let me know for any solution.

Hi Raghu,

Can you try configuring Save action which Saves the work item with Submit and closes the window.(check Save on close checkbox).

I used run script and script as doClose(event) and it works for me.
