Add Case Type on SFA Application Error

I have created an application based on SFA 7.21 Framework.
When I add a case type, activity status fail window shown.
how can I fix that?

Can you please provide the screen shot of the issue and the logs when saving the case type? Also confirm the behavior is consistent?

Could you expand the exception details and also provide the stack trace when trying to add SFA case.

Could you verify if your application is password protected. Refer https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/unable-add-case-types-when-application-password-protected.
Also, verify the pre-requisite ruleset(s), if there are any. Refer https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/cant-add-new-case-type-existing-app-using-new-rulesets.
