Unable to add Email Case Type as mentioned in LSA 7.3 Course

Hi,

As part of LSA 7.3 Online training, I am trying to complete exercise "Constructing the email application".

I followed the steps upto addition of "Email editor component".

When I tried to add Email case type, system is throwing error.

Please help me in understanding the root cause and fixing the issue.

The Email case is enterprise-level. It can directly extend Work-Cover- plus use pattern-inheritance,

There is no need to try to directly extend FSG-Email-Work since Email is the only case type anyway.

The Component has rules that apply to Work-. Its rules are inheritable by any case type.

Do not try to manually create an FSG-Email class.

Perhaps best not to attempt to use 7.3.1's Pega Express to create this application. Use Designer Studio instead.
