Stage Level SLA
Could anyone please explain me how to set SLA for different stages of a Case?
I know there is Case Level SLAs and Assignment Level SLAs. Please explain me whether there is any way to set stage level SLAs?

Hi Vishnupriya,
Adding to haritha suggestion, basically the Stage SLAs use the flow pzInternalStageFlow. This can be spin-off while entering into the stage and pass your SLA name in the SLAName input parameter if you want to set the dynamic Stage level SLA.
