Exercise: Use Product Holdings in the Strategy - question
In the exercise “Exercise: Use Product Holdings in the Strategy”, in BestPhone strategy, where is the value for .IsValid, .IsEligible set initially?
I do not see it these values being set on Proposition or Decision Tables.

Hi,
Thanks for the question. These flags are set in the Validity, respectively Eligibility decision tables.
If you open the Eligibility decision table, and you go to Results tab you will find:
I agree this is little hidden, but it used to be a standard way of implementing eligibility and validity rules.

Good to know where these values are set. Thanks for correct answer.
However in the exercise system, .IsValid = false, for all propositions. So additionally I had to change set StartDate on all there propositions to realize the correct result. StartDate seem to blank by default, so Decision table evaluates to "no offer".
