in training "PEGA DECISIONING CONSULTANT (7.21)" for "Assessing the Impact of a New Product Offer" lesson, the Exercise "Adding New Product" seems to produce a different result to what is shown in the video. Some of the instructions are also do not seem correct.
In the actual result, the number of Apple iPhone offered in Sumulation run is more than Baseline and new KPhones offered, so all all delta are green. The videos seems to show less Apple iPhones are offered in Simulation run compared with Baseline - Pls re-verify this.
Are you referring to the demonstration video or the Solution video?
In general, in Marketing and Decisioning courses, what you see in the demo videos may not match with what is shipped in the exercise system. There will be slight differences so that you are exposed to different scenarios.
For completing the exercises, your point of reference should be the exercise guide and the solution video.
Can you please post your observations once you go back and take a look at the exercise system with this new information.
You can also try to just clean the datasources before you do the simulation(s). It is possible that you have done multiple simulation runs which just accumulate results, without deleting the intermediate results.
