I am getting below error message. please someone can help me out.

BUILD FAILED

D:\115148_PE_721\pegaGuiInstallerTemp1\build.xml:156: Unable to connect to database within 15 seconds.

I tried all below steps.

1)Given different path Instead of C:\

2)Didn't specified any spaces for the destination directory.

3)Given customized ports 5435,8086 checked port Availability. Both Default and customized ports i am facing same error.

4)Removed all Pre installed Java versions and i didn't install any other DB on my PC.

5)Restarted PC several times for installation after uninstalling Java.

Please suggest me what else we can do to install and what are all the that we need to take care before installation.

Note: My C drive is having more 5GB free space.
