List of Interaction cases with no associated intents.
Hi,
We are using Pega 6.2 v utilizing CPM Framework capabilities in our application. Need a help in finding an efficient way to pull list of Tnteraction cases with no associated intents. Appreciate any help on this.

Which version of customer service you are on..
can you check below stuff that may help you to start with.
#1. can you check intent usage history tables if that is enabled. it depends on which version you are on... and you need to join multiple tables.
#2. Service cases which are created during interaction have interaction history embedded page in it. Which means based on this we can get list of interactions which contains service cases. So if you can expose this column to top level property (lastcreatedcase eg ) (or declare index as it is page list - i wouldn't suggest this for your requirement) and then query list of interactions which has this value is empty.
i come to know better way...i will update this thread.
