Why there are some views displays with some time frame for a new case type? and how to edit them?
Hi
I created a new case type EXPENSE REPORT in the PEGA excercise system. When I went to views panel, there are some views already showing with some time frame. Actually I did not create any view, But the views panel is sowing views.
What are those views and time frames?
When I try edit the views I am getting error "There has been an issue, Consult your system administrator". Please help me to get rid of this error and proceed further.

From my understanding....
A case is said to have a standard lifecycle of:
Create a case (instance of a case/work object)
Work on the case (update the case details, such as work status)
Resolve the case (Resolving a case requires a review of the case)
The three views you see there are standard bare bones minimal OOTB implementations of user views (generic skeleton implementations to allow a user to add and validate fields on the UI) to guide the user through the standard case lifecycle. You are not required to use the default user views and can implement your own.
I am not sure about the timestamps shown with each view but user views require UI rules, and I would assume that the time stamps shown are when a system administrator or app developer who worked on creating the PVS added those bare bones UI rules?
You are logged in as an author, therefore you should have developer access and shouldn't have a problem editing and configuring the default user views. What has worked for me when I get the same error is to refresh in case designer + application explorer. Log out then back in.
