Rule Resolution does not pick data page from correct ruleset

We have an issue where Rule Resolution does not pick data page from correct ruleset for the application. our issue is same as

we are using 7.1.7 can u please let me know if this is fixed in 7.1.7

The issue was fixed in 7.1.10. I do not see a hot fix currently for 7.1.7. If you are not able to update to a later release then you can open an SR to see if the hot fix can be ported to your version.
