Translated ruleset does not apply / is not picked up automatically

Issue:

For an app called MyApp -- with ruleset:MyApp -- we have ruleset called ruleset:MyApp_nl.

Ruleset:MyApp_nl contains the correct field values which apply the correct translation. This has been verified by temporarily adding the ruleset:MyApp_nl to the stack.

However, when the browser locale is set to nl, and the operator id locale is set to nl_NL, the translation are not applied.

Correct. In addition, keep in mind that when you are deploying and you haven't made any changes in the RS_Appl ruleset version you will still have to deploy the empty ruleset version in order to get the RS_Appl_nl rulesetversion working.
