I have viewes the above post but we dont have option to delegate local data storages. Once we delegate only we can fetch right. Without delgating to the user how we can fetch delegated rule. Could you please provide some more info.

Here is the solution, hope it will help you. Go to the class of the particular data table of which you want to delegate. For that go to data icon and right click on the data table name then you will find the view definition option.Click on that it will open the class and there you will find the option in actions button as Add to favorites. So that you can proceed with that options giving access group. So that the operators who are under the access group will have the access for that data class and data table.

in 7.1.9 I could see.

In case if this is missing in 7.1.7, the functionality might not be there and got introduced in later version of PRPC. The best would be updating the PRPC version.
