Requesters are not removed from SMA even after User logged out.

I can see all requesters active with user name as none in SMA.

Because of this,  in AES I am always seeing requesters red and critical

Name : none, Client Address : none, Last input nothing, just space. in SMA

any suggestion to do and changes.

we are using Pega 7.1.7

Hi Kulam,

Please let us know if you do log an SR with Pega Support for this and its ID. That way we can track it and follow-up this discussion with the resolution.

Hi Kulam,

Thank you for letting us know the SR number. I had a look into the SR and found that it has been closed for now and there is a suggestion for you to check the below PSC post. Adding that update here so that both are connected with this information! 

Session Log off upon browser close
