Profile page would not close even after logging of from portal

Once operator profile is opened, it remains open even after user log off from the portal. The pop up window is generated by Show-HTML Operator-Profile-Full, but after log off this page remains open. Any suggestion on how to close it. Tried Autoclose in CPMLogoff but still nothing.
