How to view a requester's clipboard from SMA console?

We are running PRPC 7.1.7 on Apache Tomcat 7.

For trouble shooting purpose we need to access a requester's clipboard from SMA console.

However when we click the "Clipboard" button on the "Requestor Management" screen, we got below error messages.

Access to the MBean operation/attribute RequestorManagement.Clipboard[java.lang.String] has been denied.

If you believe that you should have access to this operation or attribute, please check your MBean security settings or contact your System Administrator.

What kind of setting or configuration do we need to make the "Clipboard" button work properly?
