Issue with DynamicSelect control in pega 6.1 SP2
Getting error "Can't resolve reference '[true]' pyActivity=A-B-c.xyz&a1=[true]" when parameter is passed to the dynamicselect control actvity. Is it a pega bug in 6.1 SP2?
Also, clipboard property is not evaluated as value but page.property is taken as string parameter.

Passing parameter is supported in 6.1sp2
In fact cascading dynamic select concept has come based on this passing parameter.
So it could be some other issues. Can you check log or tracer to see the sequence of events happening when you are facing this error.
Also, what is the version of DynamicSelect HTML Property at your end ?

If parameters are passed with hardcoded values then no error is displayed and these parameter value should not be enclosed in square brackets([]). If clipboard property value is referred then clipboard property is taking as string value but not actual property value.
Dynamicselect control is in Pega-Gadgets : 06-01-01 version. No errors observed in logs.

Also observed that onchange client events are not getting triggered on properties from portal home screen. When the same section is kept on any of the work object's screens then it is working. How to enable the client events in MyGroup or MyProcessDD gadgets in portal?

can you create a simple cascading dynamic select feature by following the article i have earlier suggested.
Just check whether it is behaving properly or not.

It is working fine. If any explicit parameters are passed as a query string in Advanced tab, source parameter with a clipboard property, then i am getting issue.
