any alternative to UI inspector on 6.1 sp2 and any related UI debugging tips/tricks on 6.1?

I think rule inspector was available in 6.1 SP2. It would not be as useful and detailed as UI inspector, but this is the closest to UI inspector you are going to get in 6.1 SP2.
