Alternative to DynamicSelect SetPrimaryPage in Pega 7 Dropdowns
We have DynamicSelects with options populated by activities. The activities relied on the context page of grid/row-repeat to populate the dropdown choices. Is there anyway to set the context/SetPrimaryPage in the 7.21 dropdowns?

Thanks for the replies. Actually, context does get passed along to the load activity when we use Clipboard as data source. The Run Activity option is available after Clipboard page is defined in Page and Classes. So we are set.

It would be great if you can provide us with a little more context(with screenshots) to understand what you mean by this statement- "The activities relied on the context page of grid/row-repeat to populate the dropdown choices." How did you specify/configure the context page in Pega 6 dynamic selects?

By any chance, are you seeing class-based rule resolution errors (specifically involving your activity)? I believe the behavior has changed between PRPC 6.x and Pega 7.x that activities in the grid USED to be expected in the grid's class (usually some Data- class) but now, the activity is expected to be in the section's class (probably one of your Work- classes).
Let me know if your problem might be related to this.

Hi MAROM,
I have one doubt.Suppose i have a section in class A and dropdown source activity in class B.Inside source activity we are populating under Test.pxResuts of class C from Obj-Browse .After defining Test.pxResuts of class C in Page& Classes tab in section ,When i am giving Test.pxResuts under ClipboardPage and activity name under run activity then system is not calling activity to populate page list.
