We are unable to check-out the Decision Data rule from agent.

Hi,

I am unable to check-out the decision data rule from agent.

I followed below steps:

1. create agent rule and bypass the authentication.

2. create an activity for check-out the rule.

3. Call activity from agent.

After running the agent i got following errors. Please find below log messages..

com.pega.pegarules.pub.context.PRSecurityException: 
RuleSetName is not specified at com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.authorization.SessionAuthorization.enableUpdateForRuleSet(SessionAuthorization.java:806) 
at com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.authorization.Authorization.canUpdateRuleSet(Authorization.java:833) 
at com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.Saver.checkSecurity(Saver.java:753) 
at com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.Saver.saveDeferred(Saver.java:368) 
at com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.DatabaseImpl.saveDeferred(DatabaseImpl.java:3967) 

Can any one please advise on this. Thanks in advance.

I have couple of questions below.

1. Is that ruleset open for check out?

2. Is Use Check-out? enabled in the Ruleset's Security tab?

3. Did you check the batch requestor has the rule checkout option?
