How to get Tenant name and Configuration Server details from Pega for OpenSpan 7.1?
I have a query regarding connection to OpenSpan Management Console. To deploy our projects we need OpenSpan Management Console, but while installing it asks for Configuration Server URL and Tenant Name(Screenshot is attached). How to get tenant name and Configuration Server name? Do we need to purchase license for this if we want to deploy our real time projects? If yes, could you please tell the procedure to get the license or can we get any free trial?

'Tenant Name' will be usually the organization name . Please refer below link for more detailed information :

You can also access from Designer Studio-->System-->Tenant Management( you sould have specific access group and roles to find 'Tenant Management' in 'Designer Studio-->System'

OpenSpan management console has nothing to do with multi-tenant architecture of Pega7 platform.
You can install OpenSpan Runtime without OpenSpan managemnet console by uncheck the option "Enable Server Connectivity".

There is no free trial version of OpenSpan Management Console. In order to gain access to OMC, your company will need to purchase license access to the Console. Please have an administrative from your team contact your company's account representative to purchase this product feature. Once the license has been purchase, your company will be send an onboarding form document to fill out which will be used to create your tenant on to the Management Console.

Here is a link to the User Guide. This has been renamed to "PEGA ROBOTIC AUTOMATION DEPLOYMENT PORTAL" and is used to maintain and distribute deployment packages and control user access to deployment packages. It is currently only available in a SAAS model. It is not for managing bots.
