I am assuming you are implementing RDA. The url should be the url of the machine that Pega Robotics is located on. you said that they are not on the same machine... so i would suggest that you update the url.

if we install openspan in one server( with machine name as "ABC" and pega runs on another server, can we update the below DSS with the server where openspan is installed

localruntime.pega.com:9443     to        ABCruntime.pega.com:9443

it should be localruntime.pega.com itself. as the same URL will be used in whichever the machine the user is accessing from. This is intended to be used by multiple users at the same time.

localruntime.pega.com has been DNS mapped to the address Proprietary information hidden which will always be the current machine which you are browsing from. which will be the place openspan will be running from

If you change the address in Pega to specific Ip address it will always work only with one machine which doesn't serve the purpose.

Did this issue resolved ? As per my understanding it should be like You need to have the certificate installed on pega server as well apart from robotics runtime mechine
