Can we host pega robotic manager on a different server and listen to work queue of a different pega server?
Hi Everyone! Our client have installed one Robot Manager to monitor several RDA bots expand on different projects.
Now we have a pega application which need RPA bot. But client do not allow us to install Robot Manager to this pega application because they already have one in enterprise level. They want us to utilize current Robot Manager and not use new robot manager with each pega application. Therefore we need to know can we use One Robot Manager in Enterprise level without adding it to each pega application. Reference : https://academy.pega.com/topic/pega-robot-manager/v1 As depicted in the diagram can we use RPA work queue of a pega application in a robot manager without adding robot manager to the pega application. Enterprise wide only one Robot Manager is applicable. We need to invoke bot, get case data and update case data of a pega application using centralized Robot Manager while monitoring all bots in enterprise level.

I believe what you'd need to do is have your Pega application create cases within your Pega Robot Manager application. RPA Bots will need to be triggered from within the Robot Manager application, so cases will need to reside there. Your main application cases could create the RPA cases in the RM application that could be worked by the bots and then copy their results back to the "real" case.
