Not able to see checked out rules in PRPC 6.3
We have upgraded the application from PRPC 5.5 to PRPC 6.3. Currently, when we check out some rules and if we close the rule tab, we are not able to see the list of checked out rules in My Check-Out. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Kirthi,
All triggers are working fine. We had checked the triggers earlier itself. Over the last 3 - 4 days, this issue has not come up. And I am hoping it does not come up again.

Do you see the checked out rules in the pr4_rule_vw table? This table is populated by database triggers in PRPC 6.3. If you not see the records there you will want to check if the triggers are enabled.

We are able to see the checked out rules in pr4_rule_vw table. This issue pops up intermittently. I haven't been able to identify a pattern or any specific reason for this.

There are triggers associated with these tables, that need to run to keep the tables up to date. Can you check if these triggers are working correctly ?
