Function URLEncode is no longer available in 7.1.7 ?
Recently we have upgraded to 7.1.7 Version. The FUNCTION OauthUtility • URLEncode PegaFW-OAuth : 06-03-01 is no longer available in PRPC 7.1.7 Version ?

Have verified in a different environment (developer portal) but not able to locate this 7.X instance. Not sure where the issue is.

I did some analysis on this issue.
The utility function “URLEncode” the system is trying to access, is in the Library ‘OAuthUtility’ which is an rule of PegaFW-OAuth:06-XX Ruleset.
PegaFW-OAuth ruleset was owned by Customer Service and got deprecated once Pega started its own ‘OauthUtilities’ library from Pega 7. Hence, we neither see the ruleset in the application stack of Customer Service 7.X.X nor in Customer Service For Insurance 7.X.X
May be, this point should be mentioned in Customer Service implementation guide that this library and the ruleset is/are deprecated (I am not sure if it already exists).
The work around for this problem would be:
Wherever we are referencing the function change the Library name to Pega Library “OAuthUtilities ”
