Agents functionality documentation

Hi,

Is there any document about OOTB agent functionality? My client is asking for documentation and I can only find details in the help and some comments under the Academy SSA and LSA courses, but nothing really specific.

Would be great if anyone has something described in Pega 7. They´ve just upgraded.

           I this PDN link on left panel , you have the option to navigate between different agents in the system.
