Transfer Attachment from SFA to PEGA Platform Work Case
Hi, i have an requirement to transfer work from Sales force automation opportunity to PEGA Platform Work Case, and we also need attachment from our opportunity input get transfered .
how do we achieved this approach?
we are stuck at transfering the attachment .

Yes, it's on the same system.
my class structures is same so we can just hand off the data, and yes we are using dt for the data.

Hello. I'm not sure I understand. Are the SFA and the platform case you're trying to transfer work to on the same system? Are your class structures such that you can just hand the data off? Are you using a data transform to map the critical data? Are you copying the attachment to the new item or moving it over? I've never actually done this, but my guess is that you're not managing the link attach table data and possibly other elements correctly. I'd probably start by tracing the attachment of a similar file so that you can map out all of the moving parts and then look at your transfer work process to see what else you need to do.
