I do not think there is an easy switch to accomplish what you like, but the key activity is: GenerateScorecardForCluster (it is final so you would have to save as to a different ruleset to customize the behavior). You can login as aesdeveloper/password to see all the logic there. Unless some other SMEs think otherwise this would be a non-trivial (but not rocket science either, all the logic is in rules). Personally, I do not see big benefits anyway.  BTW, I simply traced the email scorecard use case (from SMA) to identify the key activity quoted above (login as aesmanager of course).
