Error: "You have lost the ability to make this change because a change elsewhere has taken precedence over the change you made here. Please click on the assignment below to continue."
Steps to reproduce: The list of records are displayed(go to page 2).On click of edit for a record other than page 1 list. Opening the modal window, make the changes(click ok).The parent window refreshes and comes to page 1.On click of submit the above error is displayed.
The above scenario is working fine in 6.3 after migrate to 7.1.8.We are facing this issue.

That SR is for pega 7.1.6 and the bug is supposed to be fixed in 7.1.8. Either your scenario is not exactly the same or the bug fix needs further investigation.
