Why doesn't RD return row key when remove duplicate rows is checked?
We have a report definition with remove duplicate rows checked, when this option is checked RD doesn't return any row keys. Hence, we cannot open this work objects. What is the reason behind removing the row keys? and what other option do we have to allow the user to open this work objects?

As a result of the investigation of the SR raised, this was determined to be a product enhancement and a request has been raised!

Have you include .pzInsKey as an explicit field in the RD.
Removing duplicates wont return Row Keys as each record is now an aggregate of multiple rows; in this case which row key should it return?
If the duplicate removal is to aggregate joined index or class data then, nclude the InsKey in your selections explicitly so that it forms part of the duplicate aggregation. i.e. each case will be represented uniquely.

If you add the .pzInsKey property in the select fields of RD, then each row becomes unique and thus remove duplicate option is redundant.

We tried to add pzInskey in the RD columns and could see the PZInskey in the clipboard, but still couldn't open the Work objects. So looks like as soon as you check Remove duplicates option there is no way to open that case from the report view. We have opened SR-A20555 to track this issue

We are also getting similar kind of issue and not able to retrieve anything if duplicate Row checkbox is checked.
