bulk process CIF to contact in PEGA SFA

Hi, i have an requirement to copy CIF data from outside database source to PEGA Contact data .

how do i achieved this using activity ? i tried createworkpage on activity and keep getting crmteritorySearch: invalid teritory ID .

Hi Febry,

Are you specifying a valid Territory Id in your file?  Territory is a required field on contacts so you will need to reference a valid Territory Id.
