as I know...

  • search [index] would break
  • if AES or PDC is configured
    • need to collect the performance/system data before renaming
      • as the data will be grouped/collated by system name.
    • should reconfigure notifications.
  • reports based on system name would fail to pull/show the collective data [old+new...]

Please share/add what more we need to consider before renaming the system.
