System name change impacts for the PEGA application @ production environment.
Hi Team,
As part of enabling AES, we are planning to change the system change in production environment (System Level : 5).
Please let us know the possible impacts for the PRPC application.

Based on our analysis,below mentioned details has been observed to be impacting.
1)System name change might impact the advance agents. Team needs to be extra cautious and take the appropriate action.
2)Search index and reports based on system name impacts should be validated.
3)Old system name related Requestor Type instances, System instance, Agent Schedule instances,sys nodes and cache tables should be cleaned.

Hi ,
PradeepChowdaryP- once impact can be for requestors. If any of the requestors are updated to point to application specific unauthenticated access groups then you need to update them as well.

as noted in other post, in PDC you will need to update subscriptions. You will also get new action items, as the items are unique per system
