Importance of FindWorkGadget control parameters

Hi,

I would like to understand the parameters values for  FindCaption and SearchType for the FindWorkGadget control.

What is the difference between 'By Id' for classic/basic, 'Search for Work' for advanced values for FindCaption?

What is the difference between Basic/Classic/Advanced  values for SearchType?
