Requirement-I have a drill down report definition where I can view it in report browser. But when I see it in the section, it is not possible.

Can you please share the following information:
1. Which version of PRPC are you using?
2. Please share the snapshots of section configuration at your end.
3. Is there any error seen while viewing report via section?

I have just tried the use case and it works for me in 7.1.6. Can you please confirm PRPC version you have and also can you please share a screen shot of the chart?

Can you please share the screen shots of how you configured the RD and screen shots of the section in run time and also did you see any errors while you are trying to navigate to drill down report?

In case you are talking about chart control, as you mentioned in the section, Drill Down in chart control is not supported:
