Team,

I created a new Access group for Manager and assigned PegaRULES:WorkMgr4 role. In the Assignment shape, I route it to the WorkList of the Manager as below.

Custom -> WorkList ->ToWorkList -> Manager@AZG

Observations:

1. When I logged in as Manager in the portal, the worklist is empty but when I tap on Next Assignment it does show the case assigned to the Manager.

2. When I change the role in the Manager Access group to PegaRULES:User1, it does shows the list of Cases assigned to the Manager.

3. When I change the role in the Manager Access group to PegaRULES:User4, WorkList is empty.

Any thoughts why it works ONLY with PegaRULES:User1, but not with other roles.
