How to track email in Chordiant marketing Director

Hi,

     Like to know is it possible to track the status of a email, whether it has been read, delivered, bounced, or link in email has been clicked in Chordiant Marketing Director? What other configuration out Chordiant Marketing Director is needed to be carried out?

Hi Taw Sern Tan,

You can refer to the "Marketing_Director_Focus_On_Email" which is available in the Marketing Director CD. We can captured the Undelivered Email through Email Rules. Having said, for the other options you can design the email responses such that Marketing Director can capture those responses.
