Decision Table Shrinking in the case manager portal when compatibility view settings is checked.

I am working on a issue where in Decision table is shrinking when the compatibility view settings in Checked in IE11, if that is unchecked its working fine! i know Pega 7 won't support when compatibility view is checked! but i just want to understand why its happen only for decision tables and other information is showing properly from the case manager portal.
