Unable to view Decision Table
In Pega 7, I m not able to view the DT in some environment and it is visible in some environment.
Any one aware of such issue and its solution ?

When you say DT do you mean... Data Transform?
What exact version of Pega does this work in (7.1.5, for example)? What versions does it not work in?
What browser and version are you using?

I tried the exact same combination : 7.7.7 + IE 9 and it worked perfectly for me.
I saw that you mentioned it worked in few environment and did not work in few, does that mean same application having same URL ( htt:// Proprietary information hidden: 8080/prweb ) is working in one system and not working in other system or is it like you have two environment ( say DEV and UAT ) and it is working fine in DEV and not working in UAT ?,
Also, have you tried clearing browser cache and check it once ?

Can you try opening the harness "RuleForm" under the Rule-Declare-DecisionTable manually once and see the preview.
Also, you can choose to delete the rule cache of the harness via SMA and then try to open the decision table and check the result.

That's interesting. I would suggest you to get this investigated further by our Global Customer Support Team. Please raise an SR by visiting my support portal and specify this Mesh discussion link over there so that the GCS engineer does not need to ask you the same set of question that we have already discussed here in the mesh posts.
Also edit this post and add the SR number here for our future reference.
