Error in Steps in Creating a new Pega Customer Service Application
Steps say to
- Click CPMInteractionPortalMenu from the search result.
- Click Save As.
- Accept the defaults and click Create and Open.
- Double click the Phone Call entry.
- Click Actions.
- Update the Class Name field to Organization-ApplicationName-Work-Interaction-Call
But the original value is "Declare_CAApplicationSettings.CallInteractionClass" and should not be changed as CPM uses dynamic classes that are set in the Data Transform.
Then the instructions say to update the data transform in PegaCA-Admin-ApplicationSetting but the data transform was automatically generated with the new class.
