open exercise system showing error
whenever i try to open the online exercise system in system architecture essentials it is showing error "Error: You lack access required to execute Rule-Obj-Activity.ActivityStatusExceptionHandler" .. what to do?

It seems there is some issue with signing on to the system. You will need to clear the cache. To do this make sure to log off. Close all browsers associated with that session and log back into the Pega Academy and try to launch the exercise system again.

I am also facing same issues with Senior System architect 7.1 course. I am not even able to log into the system. see below error.
