Open exercise system error

Hi,
I'm taking the course "pega platform foundation 7.2"
I have an issue when trying to open the exercise system.
I get this message (in french) :
"Impossible de trouver l'adresse IP du serveur de paex35-use.pegacloud.io"
Wich means that it is unable to find the IP adress.

Any advice ?
